Everybody is into blogging these days. So if you can’t beat them, why not join them? Starting a blog is very fast and easy to do especially if you have lots of things to share with people around the world.
A blog is more preferred today over the traditional website because here, you can get more personal and you don’t need to write very long articles. It can serve as your personal journal which you can share with your readers. With blogs, you can write short posts and update it just several times a week depending on your availability.
And who says you need to pay a fee to create your own blog? Blogging can be done for free and all you have to do is to look for the appropriate network which you think has a wide audience reach. Several social networking sites offer members the opportunity to create their own blogs and some members even use their blog sites to do business such as sell different kinds of stuff.

If you’ve decided to host your own blog, the next step is to choose a domain name and then search for a web host that requires only fast and easy installation of your blog. In looking for your web host, consider those that provide excellent customer service including technical support.
The blog template is the next most important consideration. Of course, you have to make your blog as attractive as possible but make sure that it’s appealing to the eyes and not disturbing to look at. The simpler your theme, the better it would look. Pick colors that are not too bright and fonts that are easy to read. Avoid making too many columns as well.
