For Men: How to Shop for Your Girl

Don’t be clueless, my friends, when it comes to shopping for your womenfolk. Here are some tips to score you some points:
Pay attention to what she likes. Observe the things she goes crazy over for, especially when you accompany her during her shopping sprees. Does she like earth colors? Vibrant colors? Does she follow fads? Or does she prefer classic, elegant lines? Ask her friends. Make them your co-conspirators. Check her closet if you want to have a clearer idea of what she prefers. Just stick to what she likes and you’ll never go wrong.
Get her size right. This is very crucial. If you get her something too small, she will feel big. If you get her something too large, she’ll think you think her big. Check her clothes. If you don’t live with her, again, that’s what her friends are for.
Buy something that is more suited to her age. Clothes in department stores and boutiques are sometimes laid out by the age of the customer (“juniors” and “womens”). Women who may fit in clothes in the juniors section might not exactly like the funkier styles found in them.
Ask help from a member or her family or from one of her friends. You can also ask help from an employee in the clothes department or boutique where you plan to shop. Don’t hesitate to ask for assistance if you think it is a little way out of your league. The payoff will be worth it Trust me.
