Avoiding Body Odor
Avoid being called “stinky!” If you’re the type who sweats a lot, you might get some useful information on the following tipz on body odor prevention:
Wear clean and dry clothing. If you can change on a regular basis, do it. Avoid wearing tops more than once. Clothing can absorb cigarette odors and other smells. When doing the laundry, make sure your clothes are dried properly. Store them in a cool, dry closet or drawer. Clothes that have been stored while damp smell nasty!
The best way to avoid body odor is to adapt good personal hygiene. Washing and showering on a regular basis, and the use of deodorant minimizes body smell. Don’t stop with just your body, make sure that you also clean your teeth well and use a mouth wash to eliminate food, smoke, and alcohol smells.
Masking smells by spraying on perfume or cologne does not solve the problem. You will only aggravate it. Focus more on cleanliness and you’ll do fine.
If however you still notice that you still smell despite doing those mentioned above, you might want to consult a physician. This might be a symptom of a medical condition.
