How to Be More Active During the Day

If you are complaining about not having enough time in the day to work out, here are some tips on how to incorporate physical activity throughout the day.
Write a list of physical activities that you enjoy doing. If you have fun doing it, you wouldn’t mind putting it in your schedule.
You don’t need to workout for a whole hour. You can even break exercises into 10 minute increments throughout the day.
Encourage your friends and family to be more active. This will make working out more fun and easier to do.
Walk or ride a bike instead of driving a car. It’s the best way to incorporate physical activity if you are too busy to go to the gym. This is also the same for using the stairs instead of the elevator.
