Proper Spa Etiquette

Is it going to be your first time to go to a spa? Here are a few tipz on how to behave. Apparently there is such a thing as spa etiquette!

Although there are several people who have no qualms in getting naked in spas, most feel awkward about it. Don’t worry. You don’t have to be in your birthday suit if you don’t want to. You can wear a swim suit or decent underwear. Besides, you’ll be given robes to put on so you can go from one facility to another without feeling awkward about it.

Avoid staring. Do not be too outspoken to comment on any part of another person’s anatomy. How would you feel if that happens to you? We all feel conscious about some parts of our body. In this case, do yourself a favor and keep your opinion to yourself.

Since there are spa facilities that are communal (jacuzzi or sauna),
bring a pin or a ribbon that you can attach to your robe. This way,
you won’t lose it with the others if they get mixed up.

If there are many people waiting to use a certain facility, minimize your use to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Conversation should be kept to a minimum, or none if you can help it. The spa is where people go to to relax. They want to forget the outside world for a few hours. So be very considerate.

The easiest way to remember the points said above is for you to relax
and tune everything out
. Take advantage of the spa’s benefits and
enjoy them as much as you can.

I’m one of the people who don’t like public nudity. I’ve tried to manage but just cant do it. I decided to find the things they have in the spa and bring them home. I looked all over the internet and found some products. Here’s what I got: Carbon Fiber Sauna, Steam Shower and a Massage Table. I had to teach Lubby how to use the massage table but He’s got it down now. I couldn’t do any better than this. I brought the spa home sweet home!
