Buying Shoes
Always ending up purchasing a pair of shoes so uncomfortable that you only wear them once? Here are some tipz on how to make your shoe shopping be worth all the trouble you put into it:
Before you buy anything, have your feet measured first. You can have this done in any shoe section of any major department store. Get your measurement in European size too. There are a lot of brands that carry good comfortable shoes using that system.
Buy shoes in materials that would let your feet breathe. Make sure it absorbs sweat well too. Not only would this make wearing shoes comfortable, it will also help you not develop athlete’s foot or some other fungal infection.
Inspect the make. Make sure that the shoe will hold even if you walk miles in them. Any sign of loose stitching or glue tracks should be rejected. If you can see a pair that has a seamless cut, then that would be your best choice.
Walk them about in the store. If they feel hard, or if they pinch even slightly, don’t buy them. Ask the shoe store if it is possible to have the shoes adjusted to your feet. The extra money spent on this will be worth it.
