Packing food is essential when traveling. It saves time by not having to make stops for snacks. It’s also great for emergencies and delays. It also keeps kids less fussy. Here are nice suggestions for food to pack during holidays.

Pack dry cereal. It’s easy to put in individual bags and they don’t need special refrigeration or whatsover. You can also choose whatever tickles your fancy.

Sandwiches which don’t spoil easily such as peanut butter and jelly are also nice to bring along travels. They’re even heay enough for emergency meals too.

If you have a cooler in your car, you can bring frozen yogurt tubes. They’re nutritious and refreshing on a hot summer day. You can also have fruit slices in containers. Melons, watermelons, and grapes are good choices.

Don’t forget to bring lots of water as well. You don’t want to dehydrate while you’re traveling.
