How to Clean Scuff Marks on the Floor
April 20, 2010 | In: Cleaning

Here are some easy and maybe even unique ways of cleaning scuff marks off your floor:
Get an old rotating toothbrush. Squeeze a small amount of white toothpaste on the scuffmark and brush with the rotating brush in soft, circular motions. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and polish dry.
Get an old tennis ball. Cut a small X into it where you can insert the handle of your broom. The ball will be like an eraser. You can rub the tennis ball unto the scuff mark and watch it erase the thing liek magic.
Another trick is to use nail polish remover. Simply soak a cotton ball with it and gently rubb suff marks off a tile floor. Remember, only on a tile floor. You can follow up with warm and soapy water.
Try using cooking spray as well. Just spray a small amount on the scuff mark and rub clean with a soft cloth. Wipe the grease with a rag soaked in hot soapy water.
