Cooking Bacon
Want to have the breakfast of your dreams? Be sure to include perfect, hot and crispy bacon.
Make sure that you first let the bacon warm to room temperature. Cold bacon is difficult to separate and you’d have to pry the pieces in between with a knife.
For flat bacon, use a hot griddle. Don’t forget to place the drip catcher cup under the spout so it can collect run-off grease.
Place the bacon strips on the cold griddle plate. Make sure that they do not touch one another. Close the lid.
Now choose “grill” on the settings and set the temperature to medium high.
Cook for five minutes. Remove the bacon strips and place them on a plate with paper towel to remove excess fat.
