How to French Kiss

kissThe French Kiss

A kiss is a positive gesture. Something that makes us feel good. People in a romantic relationship, though, can go beyond the usual meeting of the lips. It can be something more torrid and intense like the French kiss.

A French kiss is popular around the world especially among couples both adults and teenagers who are deeply in love with each other. It’s not just an ordinary kissing of the lips because it involves the tongue as well. For this reason, it has earned so many names such as wrestling of the tongue, deep kissing, tongue playing, tongue kissing and soul kiss, among others.

French kissing, obviously judging by its name, started in France. It is of no wonder since France is renowned worldwide as a romantic country. The couple who began this very pleasurable gesture, however, are not known but thanks to them, people in love have learned to show their devotion to their partners in a more unique and intense way. It was in 1923 when the word French kiss was introduced to the English language in reference to the French culture believed to be sex-oriented.

Pros

Engaging in a French kiss is not only stimulating to the body but stress relieving, too. It often arouses each partner often leading to sexual pleasure. In fact, it has been considered as a form of making love between couples. Additionally, this passionate act can be a great way to lose weight as it can help a person burn more than five calories by hastening the body’s metabolism.

Did you even know that French kissing can actually help you keep your youthful glow? It’s because when doing this erotic kiss, a person exercises his or her entire facial muscles. Another benefit would be less cavities as during this type of kiss, saliva flow is improved thereby decreasing plaque levels. Other positive effects include higher adrenaline in the blood and oxytocin production which gives people a good feeling about themselves.

Cons

Take note, though, that a French kiss should be done between couples who are loyal and committed to each other. Those fond of doing this intense kiss should think twice about engaging in such act with people other than their real partners because of the risk involved.

Kissing alone can already transmit bacteria from one person to another and the risk is even greater for those engaged in French kissing. Remember that bodily fluids are exchanged during this passionate gesture hence, there is always a possibility of transmission of any type of illness including cold, flu, oral diseases and sexually transmitted diseases.

How to do it

A French kiss is not difficult to do. For first timers, it may initially feel awkward but when done regularly can make you a confident kisser eventually.

This can begin with a slow and gentle lip kissing. Heads should be angled to prevent your noses from getting in the way and eyes should be closed to let you truly feel the moment of love that you share with your partner.

The next step is to slowly open your mouth and let your tongue explore the other person’s mouth. Men should avoid going too far down the throat as it could make your partner uncomfortable.

Don’t forget to breathe through your nose while kissing. It’s okay to take a few seconds break when you feel your partner’s out of breath.

A French kiss is made more intimate with body contact so go ahead and feel each other’s body language. This will make you feel really good.

Just keep in mind to prepare well before you do this and I mean, making sure that you have brushed your teeth or have used a breath freshener or have taken breath mints and have not eaten spicy food, garlic or onion.
