One doesn’t need to spend much to have a fun night out. Here are some tipz you can try alone or with friends!
Rent a movie and have a movie marathon at a friend’s house. You can take turns having it at different venues every week. All you will need is to give food and beverage assignments to people and you’re all set!
Visit your local park, or if you live near a body of water, your local pier. Have a romantic sunset picnic with your special someone or just sit around on the grass chatting with your buddies. It’s fun and it’s free!
There are free entertainment out there! Check your local newspaper and websites for free events such as art exhibits, street concerts, poetry reading, etc.
If you belong to a local group such as church or community, you can try go to free mixers that these groups often organize. It’s a fun and inexpensive way of meeting new people.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Sure you can go out to bars and clubs. The key to save money when going out is to have a budget. Just set a budget for yourself and stick to it.
