Choose your baby’s room carefully, or at least where you will lay your baby down to sleep, whether it’s in your own room or wherever. Make sure that the room is cool enough. During the day, make sure that your baby is in the shady part of the room.
To keep the room airy and cool, you may open the windows so you can allow the cool breeze come in. Just make sure that the windows are screened from harmful insects that might get in.
If you have the airconditioning on, or if you have a fan. Just make sure that the fan or the cold blast of the air conditioner does not point directly towards your child.
Dress your child appropriately. Make sure that the fabric is also cool and it absorbs sweat instead of helping make them.
