Young girls start to feel a tingling feeling when they see their crushes even at the start of puberty. The feeling becomes more intense as they reach puberty notably during the teenage years going to their early 20s. This is a totally natural feeling of physical attraction and a part of growing up.

For young girls and adult women who have not experienced being in a romantic relationship, it can be a real challenge how to tell if a guy likes you. Guys sometimes are deceiving with their ways but there are hints that show they like or are attracted to a certain female.

• He asks about you. The first meeting won’t be a good way to judge right away if a guy likes you. A clue that could tell you he’s interested is if he asks about you from friends you both know. This behavior will be evident after your first meeting. Some of the things he may ask would be about your character, what school you go to, where you work, whether you have a boyfriend or not and perhaps your phone number. Somehow there’s an intention to let you know about his asking around.

• Eye contact. The eyes will tell you a good sign. When you happen to be in the same place as he is, his eyes would usually look for you. They may linger to other people for some time but will still go back to you. When you are face to face with each other, you may observe his eyes dilate when he looks at you or talks to you.

• Finds a way to talk to you. A guy who is very interested in you will find ways to be able to talk to you. He may ask a mutual friend to do this before he makes a move to talk to you himself. He may ask for your phone number and then calls you every day just to get to know you better. Expect to be asked about personal questions including your likes and dislikes and then eventually asks you for a date. A phone conversation is okay but with men, seeing the face of the woman they like is much better. It gives them a high feeling when he is with you.

• The body language. Men are physical so if you’re together, you may observe some signs of touching. Some men are fond of touching hands. Sometimes when you’re seated side by side, he won’t move his leg that touches yours. Signs that could show his attraction to you would be a bit of nervousness when he sees you and asks you questions, looking away when you catch him staring at you and always fidgeting.

• Reactions of friends. You could get a clue about a guy’s interest in you based on his friends’ reactions. When he is teased by his group when you’re around, it may be a good sign. His friends may smile at you but may also turn to him with a wink or some other facial expression.

From these clues, you will learn to figure out if a particular guy has interest in you and when you’re in the same situation, then you would that these are true.
