How to Organize a Family reunion

Here are some ideas on how to organize a family reunion.
Form a committee. This will make it easier to delegate tasks, and the reunion will be more democratic as not just one person is deciding on the details.
Decide on who to invite. Make sure that you invite everybody you should, otherwise, this might cause friction instead.
Decide on what kind of reunion to have. The number of people, plus the season when you’ll be holding it will affect this. You can hold a picnic, a reception, etc. Netx, decide on the budget.
Delegate responsibilities such as logistics, food, communication/invitation, program, decoration and party favors, etc. Research for the best ideas and canvass for the lowest prices.
Once you have all the information you need, you can meet again and finally decide on the specific details.
