How to Prepare Your Feet for a Night Out Dancing

Dancing in high heels can cause your feet (and yourself) a lot of stress and pain. To avoid this, you can try following the tips below:
Start with putting on good quality shoes. Make sure that you get materials that is something soft and comfortable, not a pair of synthetic leather which shall guarantee you blisters.
Even the most expensive shoes can be painful if they don’t fit your feet well. Make sure that your shoes are neither too tight or too loose. Don’t wear shoes that are too new either. Wear shoes that have been broken in.
Gel cushions can also do wonders in preventing painful blisters. Try them out on your shoes as their fit may depend on the cut and style of your shoes. Rub cream on your feet too before heading out.
