How to Relieve Period Pain Naturally

If you are prone to cramps and other types of pain during your monthly period, here are some natural remedies you might want to do:

Drink some herbal tea. Raspberry leaf, ginger, and other relaxing herbal tea can do wonders to period pain. Simply steep in hot water and drink at least twice a day – once in the morning, and another before you go to bed.

Exercise can also help cure the cramps. You might think that not moving is better, but you are wrong. Some yoga stretches or some brisk walking can actually help in reducing it, making sure your body gets enough oxygen by improving blood circulation. It will also reduce the bloated feeling when you have your period.

Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink lots of water when you have your period. Sugar, caffeine from coffee, and salt won’t do you any good.
