Unplug appliances when you are not using them. Use fans instead of aircondition if the heat is tolerable. You can also do your laundry smartly. In the summer, and the sun is out. Hang your clothes to dry instead of using the dryer.
Save on grocery bills by making a list and sticking to it. Eliminate overspending by not buying anything you don’t really need. Checking ads for sales and coupons can also save you money on food.
Lower transportation costs by utilizing public transport instead. This will save you not only on fuel, but also repair costs and automobile insurance. You can also try carpooling with co-workers. If you live close enought to work, why not walk or ride a bicycle on clear days? If you own a vehicle, make sure that it’s properly tuned up at least to avoid mroe costly repair bills later. Also, make sure the auto insurance you have covers teh actual needs of your car.
