Removing Make-up
Discipline yourself to remove make-up before going to bed. This will help your skin breathe ad regenerate during the night.
Pull your hair into a ponytail. Wear a headband to keep hair away from your face if necessary.
Get a cotton ball or pad with eye make-up remover and start with your eyes. Gently, but completely remove all traces of make-up on and around your eyelids.
Select a skin cleanser that can remove make-up. Splash your face with lukewarm water and place a dollop of the cleanser on your palm. Rub your hands to form a lather. Apply the lather on your face and gently rub the make-up off. Make sure that you clean everything. Repeat this step if necessary.
Rinse your face multiple times to make sure that all make-up and cleanser residue have been removed. Pat your face dry with a towel.
