Lots of Thanksgiving left-over? No worries, here are some left-over saving tips you can try:

Create a pot pie by buying a ready-made half-baked pie crust from the grocery. Mix leftover turkey, vegetables, and gravy in a bowl. Add some chopped garlic and onion and sprinkle a bit of black pepper. Place on the crust and cover with an unbaked pie crust. Pinch the edges together and cut an x on the center of the cover. Bake at 450 degrees F until the crust is brown.

Create a delicious casserole by combining rice and left-over turkey. Spice it up with pepper, garlic, and other herbs. Slip into the microwave and voila!

Create a great pizza snack for the kids by using a pre-made pizza crust. Use leftover turkey, ham, veggies, and other items. You can have your kids join in preparing it too.
