The 80′s is back with the skinny jeans. I know that the skinny jeans are a bit picky when it comes to its wearers and in fact, some of you gals out there are a little apprehensive in donning a pair.Well, here are some tipz on how to pull it off!

Be confident! Not even someone with a great figure can pull off a pair of skinny jeans if they are skulking in their skin. Confidence is sexy and it’s the only accessory you need.

Avoid wearing bulky tops such as chunky sweaters. Try flaring or draping clothes which create balance. How about tunic tops? Not only are they fashionable, but they are advisable to those who would like to de-emphasize their hips.

Belts are usually a no-no. They basically create a visual divider between your top and lower halves. It doesn’t do much if your torso is a longer than your legs. If you feel that a little accessory would help, try belts that are thick and can sit low on your hips. This will make the rest of you smaller in comparison.

Experiment with color. Of course, nobody can go wrong with black, but they now have skinny jeans in various colors from a burning red to cool greens. Don’t be afraid to mix-and-match and you’ll give the skinny jeans an “oomph!”

Curvy women should wear skinny jeans with a little heels. Flat shoes will make your legs thin and disproportional to the rest of your body. You don’t have to sport those killer stilettos, just an inch of heel will make a difference.
