Try Vitamin B5 for your
acne.
This is a very serious tip to me because it worked for me and I believe it's the
best answer to the acne problem because the alternatives are the topical
medications sold in stores which simply do not work and accutane which while it
does work (even better than Vitamin B5 apparently.) it also requires a
prescription and has many negative side effects along with being very expensive.
How to fight eczema
and dry skin with Shea Butter
My number one weapon in my fight against eczema and ultra dry skin... Shea
Butter. When faced with my children's childhood eczema (both have it) I tried
everything and the one thing that I had never heard about until a chat room was
UNREFINED shea butter. It has to be unrefined or it's just like every other
moisturiser, it won't work.
I personally hate using the cortizone. I started to notice the lighter
patches
on my sons inner arms and all over his legs. I found that using the cortizone
products, in conjunction with the shea butter is the only thing that has kept
our family sane during the flare ups. I would never recommend going against a
doctor's prescribed advice, I however have stopped using cortizone on my
children and am diligent about moisturizing them twice a day (before they get
dressed and before they go to bed).
Doctors recommend more fluids in your diet, moisturise immediately after
bathing, stay away from allergens like dust, pets, seasonal things etc.
Honestly all of those things help but are not often easy to do. The shea butter
right after bathing in not too hot water, soothes the itchiness, scaliness and
redness.
