Here are more tipz on how to make yourself more productive at work:
Make sure that you are very well rested for the day. If you’re sleepy or if you’re not feeling well will surely keep you from doing your tasks well. Give yourself at least seven hours of sleep everynight. During your break, you can also take ten minute power naps. Just don’t forget to set your alarm.
Sit properly at your desk. Slouching or being too relzed will only make you drowsy. Sit with your back straight. This is good for your posture too.
Create a schedule wherein you check your e-mail at certain points, and do daily tasks at specific hours. This will make sure that you condition your mind to focus on tasks. Just make sure you remain flexible as well for special tasks that are spontaneously assigned to you.
Stimulate your brain by taking breaks. You can also try to change one item in your routine. For example, you may want to take your lunch early this week, etc.
