More Tipz: How to Deal with Annoying Coworkers

Annoying coworkers can be dealt with properly and without having to resort to violence, ergo, not risking your job in the process:

Ignore them. This can be difficult but managing to ignore them is one diplomatic way of dealing with pet peeves from coworkers.

Be sly. For the person who always uses your stapler, give him one as a present a box of staple wires as well. There are ways you can bring your message accross without being offensive. You just have to be creative.

Talk to the person. Be tactful and make sure that you time it correctly. Speak to the person when there are only two of you. Do not humiliate them in front of others.
