Just make sure that you have the volume of your sounds and TV at a moderate level. Try to tone it down a bit during the evenings up to early morning. If you have kids, make sure that they are well-behaved. Teach them to keep their noise down and to not disturb the neighbors. They should also be taught not to run in the hallway and to be polite to everyone. If you have pets, make sure that they abide by the policy given by the manager. Train them not to be noisy and not to disturb neighbors. Some people may be scared of dogs so be sure to pu them in a leash when you go out.
